SUIICARE, EUROPE'S BEST SKINCARE CURATION.
Hi Everyone! It’s a pleasure to meet you.
My name is Sui Lee. Although I am Korean, I was born and raised in Germany and have been living in Milan, Italy, for almost 20 years.
My journey as a Korean living abroad has provided me with unique and enriching experiences. While Korea is widely recognised today, this wasn’t always the case during my childhood. Those were indeed joyful times, but they came with their own challenges. Through perseverance and learning from my experiences, I have built a life in Milan, pursuing my passions alongside the people I love.
Today, many young people find themselves in situations similar to mine—living as outsiders in unfamiliar surroundings, whether by choice or circumstance. I am committed to helping them embrace self-love, cultivate self-confidence and bravely pursue their dreams, just as I did in my earlier years.
This mission inspired the creation of Suiicare.com, which aims to
“Empowering young individuals to pursue their dreams with confidence”.
I believe that confidence encompasses both internal and external dimensions. My colleagues and I are here to support you in building your external confidence first, paving the way for you to strengthen your internal resolve. Our initial focus will be on skincare products and services, with plans to gradually expand into health and mind care.
Korean skincare brands are currently among the most prominent in the global market. Korea has established itself as the world’s third-largest exporter of skincare products after France and the United States.
Many young people around the world are enthusiastic about Korean brands. These products stand out for their variety, functionality, quality and use of natural or innovative ingredients, all at competitive prices.
My colleagues and I have carefully curated the top 1% of Korean skincare products to introduce to young Europeans through Suiicare.com.
We are not just another e-commerce platform that randomly offers trendy products. The remarkable growth of the Korean skincare industry—nearly 30% annually - is driven by around 50 brands with strong philosophies.
Through our ‘Mag’ menu, we aim to convey the values and dedication of these leading brands, fostering an ecosystem where you can become loyal fans and support them in creating even better products and concepts. We firmly believe that brands with a solid philosophy produce exceptional products.
In addition to showcasing skincare brands, we are excited to share various aspects of Korean culture with you. Great brands do not emerge overnight; they are nurtured over time within a rich cultural context. Korea’s emergence as a skincare powerhouse is influenced not only by its rapidly popular music and film industries but also by a deep-rooted history of a centuries-long quest for pure beauty. Where possible, we will share insights into the timeless values of beauty and culture that Korea has historically embraced.
As we expand our offering beyond Korean skincare to include more exceptional brands and products, we believe it is important to make a commitment to you that is in line with internationally recognised standards. While we cannot guarantee that every brand and product we introduce will meet every certification, we respect the values these certifications represent and strive to select products and brands that meet these standards.
My colleagues and I are based in Germany, Korea and Italy.
In addition to our shared Korean heritage, we collectively bring years of experience living in different parts of Europe, ranging from 5 to 20 years. No company can connect Korea and Europe in real time as effectively as we can.
